Open Gate Ministries

Open Gate Ministries of Dinuba, CA is a private nonprofit corporation, serving the under-resourced of Northern Tulare and Southern Fresno Counties since 1974. Dinuba Emperors Baseball

The Dinuba High School Baseball team represents pride with hard work, dedication, and teamwork on the field. Beyond the game, the players give back through community service, including hosting youth baseball clinics, volunteering at local events, and supporting school and city programs. They serve as positive role models, inspiring younger athletes and strengthening community spirit in Dinuba.

AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America)

The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering the Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities through its initiatives. Since 2010, the AREAA Foundation has partnered with like-minded individuals, organizations, and companies to provide AANHPI’s with homeownership assistance through grants, veteran’s housing, and disaster aid. This is the legacy we wish to leave: to support and grow life changing opportunities that empower the AANHPI community and beyond.

The Your Before Us Fund

At Realty Concepts, giving back to our community is at the center of all we do. The You Before Us Fund enables agents to elect for a pre-set percentage of gross commissions earned from their sales to be donated back to the community. Together, broker and agent contributions can make a significant impact through donations to local nonprofits.
